Terms & Conditions

  1. Southampton Pamper Parties will do its utmost to ensure that your party is completed to its entirety. in the unusual event of this not happening due to one of our therapists not being able to fulfil your party due to sickness, injury or any other reason we will deduct on a pro rata basis the unfulfilled part of your booking and refund you.
  2. Southampton Pamper Parties will not be liable to the client for any injury, expense, loss, damage or delay of the client or therapist. The client acknowledges that Southampton pamper parties charges are set on the basis that it has no such liability (whether wilful, reckless, negligent, dishonest or otherwise) this exclusion shall extend ((but not be limited) to the consequence of any act or omission.
  3. If your therapist cannot make your party as agreed we will make all efforts possible to find a replacement. We will obtain work permits, medical requirements, qualifications and insurance as may be required by law in relation to an engagement of a freelance therapist.

The Therapists

  1. Therapists will act in a polite, professional, and respectable manner
  2. Freelance therapists are not employees of Southampton Pamper Parties each is self employed
  3. The therapist is entitled to pre-scheduled breaks during the party.
  4. Freelance therapists are not responsible for any allergic reactions if consent has been given for treatment. Or allergies were not declared.
  5. Freelance therapists have the right to charge for any delays caused by any guests at the party the amount of £8 per 30 minute delay should be made payable direct to the therapist

The Client

  1. The client may be asked to provide standard tables chairs and water refreshments
  2. The client will ensure adequate room is available for the therapist to provide your treatments
  3. The client will ensure that all guests have signed the consent forms provided to you by Southampton Pamper Parties prior to there treatments
  4. The Client will ensure that guests arrive in time for their pre-scheduled treatments. The Freelance Therapists will make every effort to accommodate any changes due to lateness but in such an event Southampton Pamper Parties will have no liability for any loss of treatment time.
  5. The client will ensure that all guests only drink a sensible amount of alcohol when having treatments. The legal limit for driving is a suitable guideline
  6. Changes made to the schedule, treatments or address with less than 48 hours notice may result in the termination of the party with no refund. Southampton Pamper Parties will try to accommodate changes with less than 48 hours notice, however the client will incur a fee of 10% of the balance payment for schedule, treatment and address changes or 20% of the balance payment for address changes more than 6 miles from the original party location.
  7. The Client will pay a £30.00 Non-refundable deposit upon booking the pamper party, and the full balance will be due 14 days prior to the party. Once the balance has been paid, this is also non-refundable.
